  • FEEDBACK – Substation Entry

"The training highlighted all the important details. Having been stuck in the office for 4 years it has been a while since I have attended a training course by PTS and the training had me thinking that those of us no -longer in the field could occasionally benefit from some refresher training." August 2018

  • FEEDBACK – Customer Service

"I had to change my original booking at late notice due to being ill. Kym at PTS was great at helping me and sorted it all out without any fuss – thank you!" August 2018

  • FEEDBACK – Driver Training

"Good safety information that even general public should know, felt like I would have benefited from having done the course years ago." August 2018

BOOKINGS NOW OPEN – Online Operational Induction

From the 28 August, the Induction for Operational Personnel will only be available online.

The changes have been made in response to customer requests to provide flexible learning options where possible. As a result of the move to online training, the Operational Induction course costs have been reduced and students will no longer need to attend PTS to complete the training.

There is no change to the booking process, the Operational Induction can still be booked via the PTS website. There are 2 courses available to choose from, one is for non Western Power personnel and the other for Western Power employees only.

The process for applying for the Network Authority Card (NAC) also remains the same.
